L’Envol
Located in the heart of the borough of Cap-Rouge, L’Envol retirement home offers residents a calm and peaceful living environment along the banks of the Cap-Rouge River. Consisting of 360 bright, spacious apartments, the home was designed around the underlying theme of travel to inspire new experiences and the sharing of adventures thanks to its many communal areas. Its location where city and nature meet, as well as its facilities, give residents the opportunity to adopt a healthy rhythm of life while enjoying easy access to quality local services.
In 2018, the project received the award for best Canadian residential building project at the Canadian Property Awards, making it the first retirement home to obtain such a distinction in Canada.
